Refunds & cancellations
This policy applies to educational sessions booked with Logic Panelcore Ltd — workshops, private briefings, community talks, and recovery habits reviews.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for sessions that have not yet started, subject to the notice periods below. Informational website content is free and not refundable.
Timeframe and notice
- Cancel 7 or more days before the session start for a full refund of the session fee.
- Cancel between 3 and 6 days before for a 50% refund.
- Cancel fewer than 3 days before, or fail to attend (no-show), and the fee is non-refundable unless we agree otherwise for documented emergencies.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least 3 days’ notice and an alternative slot is available within 60 days. Further changes may be treated as a cancellation.
Deposits
For group workshops we may request a deposit to hold places. Deposits are credited toward the session fee. Deposits become non-refundable if the group cancels inside the 3-day window, except when we cancel the session.
When we cancel
If Logic Panelcore cancels, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date at no extra charge.
Work already started
Once a session has begun, fees for that session are non-refundable. Custom talk preparation already completed may be charged on a fair partial basis if you cancel after preparation was agreed in writing.
Materials
Printed reference cards included in the fee are yours to keep. Separately purchased materials, if any, follow the terms stated on that invoice.
Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.

Exceptions
This policy covers educational sessions only. We do not sell physical merchandise subscriptions or custody services, so those categories do not apply.
