Airdrop lure patterns we keep seeing in UK groups
How fake claim pages and social DMs try to rush Solana holders into unsafe approvals.
Airdrop lures often arrive as a friendly tip: a Discord ping, a Telegram forward, or a polished page promising tokens if you “connect and claim.” The design looks official. The pressure is the tell — limited windows, countdown language, and praise for people who already claimed.
Another pattern uses look-alike accounts that reply under real community posts. They offer “help” after someone mentions a stuck transfer. The helper link leads to a page that asks for a seed phrase or a broad wallet approval.
